Who will see my communication in RallyPoint?

Your direct manager will receive messages that you send. If you are responsible for a group of people, they will see messaging (when selected) that you send. You direct reports will be able to reply to your messages.

I received a message from my company. What do I do?

You should “check in” with RallyPoint to let your employer know your status and location. This an be done by logging into RallyPoint via phone, web or app. Once logged in, the system will check you in and you will need to update your current location as well as your estimated return date. If you are in an evacuation event, you can choose the “I don’t know my location” option. This will need to be updated once you are at a temporary location. This information is vital to your employer in an emergency and allows them to appropriately resource plan.

I have misplaced my login information. How do I log in?

Go to www.myrallypoint.com. Once there click on the link “Forgot Your Login Information”. You will be asked to give your email address. RallyPoint will email you your login credentials.
